Emereo makes reference material and software for people who do precise, technical, often unglamorous work: compliance officers, IT service managers, operations leads, and the people who keep regulated businesses running.
What we do now
We build small, focused software products, each aimed at a problem we have watched people actually struggle with rather than one we assumed existed. We publish the reference material that sits alongside that work: guides, toolkits and frameworks that practitioners use to get something specific done.
How we choose what to build
We start from evidence rather than from ideas. New capability arrives constantly, from research, from platform changes, from new regulation. Most of it solves nothing anyone is complaining about. We look for the narrow overlap: something newly possible that a findable group of people is already visibly frustrated by. Most candidates do not survive that test, which is the point.
Who we are
Emereo operates from Brisbane, Australia, and has published business and technology reference material for close to two decades. We are deliberately small. The work is done by the people who decide what to do.
